Dillimax®, the high strength weldable, fine grained structural steels grades of Dilinger Hütte GTS, offers both exceptional yıeld strength from 460 to 960 MPa and toughness -60°C, even for highest strength levels. The properties are achieved by water quenching following by tempering.
Dillimax® steel fullfills or even exceeds the requirements of EN 10137.
Dillimax® are applied in structures for which a higher strength or higher thickness than that of conventional structural steels or DI-MC-steels is needed.

Advantages of Dillimax® grades

Fabrication properties:

• Excellent weldability, no PWHT.
• Good cold forming properties.
• Maximum weight saving.
• The high strength allowes the plate thickness in steel structures to be reduced substantially as compared with conventional steels.

• Yield strength Y.P. (Mpa) (0.2 % Y.S. if Y.P. is not apparent).

St 52-3 is a high strength construction steel. We import the material from mainly Russia, Romania and Ukraine.

We stock between 4 and 50 mm. It is mainly used on the tipper sides and for the parts of the several machines which require high strength.
